My little one

I wanted to let everyone know (at least those of you dear ones that I keep in touch with mainly through blogging) that we lost our baby. I went in for my 18wk ultrasound expecting to find out if we were having a boy or a girl and the technician couldn't find a heartbeat. Calvin Lewis Campbell was born the next day and we discovered that his umbilical cord had become twisted and cut off circulation. We did get to hold our sweet little boy and say goodbye to him, I am thankful for this.

Please keep us in your prayers, we are just totally leaning on the Lord right now and He has comforted us beyond belief.

Stacie -

You are VERY much in our prayers. Mark told me. I knew you were pretty far along. I'm so very sorry and I know there's nothing I can say. I'd bring you meals if I could, but distance prevents that. However, I can pray and so I will.

Stacie,
WOW Friend, I just read your blog and wanted you to know I'll be praying for you! Take time to rest and let yourself be emotional! Between Wyley and Kaleb I lost a baby in my 2nd trimester too. I had just entered my 4th month. I understand and I know you'll do just fine trusting in the Lord one day at a time! I'm so glad to hear you got to say your goodbye's. Its SO important to have that closure. Rest and recover peacefully friend! We are holding you and your family up to the Lord and trusting that He knows best. Our hearts are with you!

Hi guys, Angel told me about this sad news just last night. I just looked at her for a minute and then commented, "I think that would be the worst day of my life". Having seen other friends go through this, I know that God gives immeasurable grace at a time like this. That however doesn't make it any less painful. You will both be in my thoughts and prayers in the next few days as you cope with with this loss.
Sympathetically,
Dan Thompson
